Refund policy
Requesting a Refund
A Locater® order, purchased directly from our website www.locater.ai, is eligible for a refund if you’ve had it less than 15 days, and the order is returned in good condition with original packaging. Locater® does not cover shipping costs for returning products in order to get a refund or replacement. You will need to contact us prior to returning the order to receive the proper return instructions.
Return and Refund instructions
Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your order.
Please note that all orders need to be returned to our headquarter’s warehouse in the USA.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the Locater® in your original order are included with the return and that the Locater® are in good physical condition. Once the refund has been processed a confirmation message will be sent out with information on when the refund should be expected.
