Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
LocGuard
The LocGuard GPS tracker determines its location using GPS satellites and reports it via cellular networks (LTE). That's why it has an integrated SIM card that automatically connects to local cell networks. Unlike AirTag or other Bluetooth tracking devices, the LocGuard can locate your pet worldwide, as long as there's sufficient cellular coverage.
Battery life strongly depends on tracker model, coverage, and usage. Setting up Power Saving Zones will give it a significant boost.

LocTag
When you try to set up your LocTag, you may get a strange alert that prompts you to upgrade your account security.If you finish connecting to iCloud, you have to restart your iPhone and then click Upgrade Account Security to set up your LocTag.
You need to connect to iCloud.
If the system is up to iOS 17 and can share up to 5 users. It can only be shared between users who are tied to iCloud.
The Bluetooth scanning range of Apple devices is generally between 10 - 20 meters.
This depends on the specific situation:
- If the tag is within the Bluetooth scanning range of your bound Apple device, you will not receive a notification.
- If the tag moves away from the Bluetooth scanning range of your bound Apple device, you will be notified the next time the Bluetooth scans.
- If your Apple device scans a tag paired by another person, you will be notified.
The location information of the tags is stored on Apple's servers. For private information, please refer to the Apple website. It has nothing to do with the tag brand or manufacturer.
Currently, there are in total 32 items that can be bound, including Apple's official AirTag and other MFi-certified tags.
